Our 3D CAD models are also used help validate & communicate design ideas to our customers especially during the conceptual phase. We use high-definition 3D rendered images using the latest rendering software to bring your designs to life, confirming you are happy with the design before moving onto manufacture.
With the addition of our digital printer, we are now able to print designs onto a whole range of surfaces and cut in a variety of sizes with our CNC router machine. Whether you are wanting us create a design for you or have you own design you wish to print, this is the perfect way to make your project truly bespoke. The long-lasting, durable, high-quality ink used in our printing process coupled with the ability to print on different surfaces will create a product that will last for years and ensure you stand out from the crowd.
Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) is fundamental to our success. With our own manufacturing facility and establishedsupply chains our design process is firmly rooted in design for manufacture. We are constantly evolving our design process to ensure better results for our customers projects. Our current process delivers consistent success and breaks down complex projects into manageable stages of work.
We will work with you to create a Product Specification, including key characteristics such as material selection, important & essential features as well as any design considerations. We will also take into account any design or manufacturing standards and expected lead-times.
From the Product Specification, we will explore as many design ideas & concepts as possible, developing basic sketches, 3D modelling, visuals and product prototyping/ simulations/testing (if required). The generation of these ideas is then used to define the preferred concept direction before moving on to the next stage.
Once the concept proposal has been agreed, we will then further refine this to ensure the design is suitable for manufacture. Throughout the manufacturing phase will we keep you updated on the progress of your project & keep to any agreed deadlines.
