Powder Coating

Our powder coating facility incorporates a large spray booth with a manual overhead conveyer system in order to accommodate a range of different shapes & sizes.

Powder coating is applied using a free-flowing dry powder, applied using electrostatic means and then cured under immense heat. This provides components with excellent durability & corrosion resistance.

We are able to offer a range of standard colours & non standard colours that can be quickly sourced from our suppliers.

We typically offer our powder coating over a hot dip galvanised substrate however we do offer a two part coating system comprising zinc rich undercoat if required.
